The Chaffee County Early Childhood Council has opened applications for the second cohort of its Emerging Early Childhood Educators program. The initiative is designed to support individuals interested in beginning a career in early childhood education.

Participants will earn an 18-credit Early Childhood Teacher certificate, which can be applied toward an associate’s degree in early childhood education. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED (or be concurrently enrolled in high school), an interest in early childhood careers, and have completed college-level English and reading.

Applications are due by tomorrow, April 30. Learn more and apply at ccecc.org.
