Grizz is an 8 year-old senior cat who came to Ark-Valley Humane Society through their transfer program. This program helps other shelters if they are full or if there is an animal that is not getting much attention for adoption. Through transfer partnerships, AVHS worked with 12 shelters, and helped 49 adoptable pets last year. Grizz is a sweet guy that needs help getting noticed!
Grizz isn’t the only pet this week with special adoption fees. Going on right now until April 20th is Full Circle Real Estate Group’s Spring Fever Adoption Promotion. This promotion will be held at the Buena Vista shelter and will allow adopters to “name their price” for adoption fees. The hope is that this will help even more homeless pets find loving families.
