Blasting Begins Friday: Work will start on widening the Narrows area near Sugarloaf Mountain in Browns Canyon National Monument.Impact:
- Road closure: County Road 300 remains closed to all traffic.
- River closure: The Arkansas River is closed from Fisherman’s Bridge to Ruby Mountain Campground.
Project completion is expected by April.
