The Teller County Sheriff’s Office has arrested Lacy Tillitt in connection with the Highland Lakes Fire that burned in October 2024, threatening over 700 homes and prompting three days of evacuations.
Tillitt faces 4th Degree Arson charges for allegedly setting her home on fire, which led to the wildfire. She is being held on a $50,000 bond.
