The Salida Police Department is making a final appeal for donations to support its annual Shop with a Cop program. This December, local law enforcement officers will take 12 fourth-grade students from Salida and 12 from Buena Vista on a shopping trip, brightening the holiday season for these children.
Donations to support the program can be dropped off at the Salida Police Department. The deadline to contribute is December 5th.
