Poncha Springs Trustees to Hold Key Discussions at Town Hall Meeting
The Poncha Springs Board of Trustees will meet tonight at 6:30 PM at Town Hall to address several significant topics affecting the town.
The agenda includes three public hearings. The first will review a special event permit application from the Chaffee County Democrats. The second focuses on a conditional use permit for the Panter Storage Container. The third hearing will consider the proposed 2025 budget.
Beyond the public hearings, trustees will deliberate on an ordinance regarding code violations. This ordinance aims to clarify how the town handles and enforces infractions. Additionally, a resolution concerning the land use application fee schedule will be reviewed.
