Chaffee County Public Health is hosting a free screening of Bode Miller’s documentary, The Paradise Paradox, tomorrow night at the SteamPlant in Salida. The event aims to shed light on the mental health crisis affecting America’s mountain towns. Doors open at 5 PM, and the film will begin at 5:30 PM.
Following the screening, Public Health will lead a panel discussion featuring local mental health experts, community leaders, and representatives from the ski industry, providing insights into the challenges and solutions for mental health in the community.
A second showing of The Paradise Paradox is scheduled for October 22nd at the Ivy Ballroom in Buena Vista.
