The full draft of the Chaffee County Land Use Code update is now available for public review. Community members can access the draft document and updated zoning map on the project website at togetherchaffeecounty.org.
Launched in 2022, the Land Use Code update is aimed at addressing growth, development, and land management in the county. The document will be the focus of several meetings and public hearings held by the Planning Commission and Board of County Commissioners through November.
Residents are encouraged to review the draft and submit comments ahead of the meetings by emailing chaffeeplanning@chaffeecounty.org.
