Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center has provided an update on the search for a new CEO. The statement from the hospital board is as follows:
“The Hospital Board and Bob Morasko have been discussing his transition plan toward retirement. Mr. Morasko has agreed to stay on full time as CEO. The board is creating the position of President under Mr. Morasko. Once he hires the President, Mr. Morasko will reduce his hours and continue to oversee the President until he retires. When Mr. Morasko announces his retirement date, the board will commence a CEO search.”
This transition plan ensures continuity in leadership while preparing for a smooth handover in the future.
