Chaffee Rec Adopters is excited to announce two upcoming events that provide volunteers with the opportunity to improve our public lands.
The first event, in partnership with the Buena Vista Singletrack Coalition, will be held this Wednesday from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM. Volunteers will assist with trail maintenance, trailhead improvements, and dispersed camping management in and around the Midland Trailhead and County Road 304.
The second event is scheduled for Friday, July 26th, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 noon at the Shavano camping area on County Road 250. Volunteers will help install wooden posts to designate additional campsites on Bureau of Land Management lands.
