They want local ranchers to bring in their cattle brands and brand their bar! Owner Chris Tracy, who has also owned Currents in downtown Salida for over a decade, invites everyone to watch and check out the new Iron Chest Steakhouse next to the Colorado Outpost in Poncha Springs.
