Fairplay Trustees have approved a Professional Services Agreement with Charles Abbott and Associates for comprehensive Building Department services.
CAA will be providing plan review, permit, and inspection services on behalf of the Town for all commercial and residential building projects inside the Town’s corporate limits. This includes electrical and plumbing permits as well.
The Town of Fairplay is hosting a meet and greet session this evening from 4pm to 6pm at Town Hall for residents, business owners, and contractors to come out and meet the new staff and ask questions about the new structure and services.
