The Board of Trustees of the Town of Fairplay approved a Professional Services Agreement earlier this year with Charles Abbott and Associates (CAA) for comprehensive Building Department services.
CAA will be providing plan review, permit, and inspection services on behalf of the Town for all commercial and residential building projects inside the Town’s corporate limits. This includes electrical and plumbing permits as well.
The Town is hosting a Meet and Greet session on Monday, July 18, 2022, from 4-6 PM at Town Hall, 901 Main, for residents, business owners, and contractors to come out and meet the new Staff and ask questions about the new structure and services.
