Gusty winds and low relative humidity will combine for high fire danger for most of this week.
Three wildfires forced evacuations across the state yesterday.
Fires were reported in El Paso and Teller counties as well as Pueblo. An unattended campfire is set to have caused the fire in Teller County near Cripple Creek.
Critical fire weather conditions exist. No outdoor burning is allowed.
Danny “Dan R” Ridenour has been in radio and television broadcasting for over 40 years, starting as a senior in high school in Rogers, Arkansas. His radio career has had stops in Nashville, Memphis, Oklahoma, and eventually, Colorado.
