Scattered thunderstorms will be possible over the mountains today and tomorrow bringing gusty winds and spotty rainfall.
Hazy, smoky conditions will also be possible.
Moisture will increase over the area Wednesday through Saturday with more widespread thunderstorms expected.
Salida and Buena Vista can expect a high of 85 today. Look for an overnight low of 51.
The San Luis Valley will see a high of 81, a low of 49.
Leadville and Fairplay will warm up to 69 with a low of 37.
