A hazardous weather outlook has been posted for our area, as this afternoon and tonight bring the chance of possible thunderstorms with high winds of up to 40 mph.
Also, expect a hazy sky as smoke from the Pine Gulch and Grizzly Creek fires continues to make it way through our area. Partly cloudy skies will clear out overnight for what should be a pleasant evening.
Highs in the valleys today will reach to 91 before dropping to 53 overnight.
In the high country, look for highs at 75 before lows drop to 40 overnight.
