While many entertainment options have had to put their schedules on hold, one part of Americana has not been slowed down, as drive-in movie theaters have been moving right along.
John Groy and his family own the Comanche Drive-In in Buena Vista, and they have not been an exception to that.
The Comanche not only hosted the Garth Brooks drive-in concert (and possibly could see another one lined up in the future…), but has also been using the time to go back and show some of the digital movies they were not able to show before they upgraded their equipment going into 2019.
Groy says they are also looking into other ways of using the drive-in, including a possible live concert they are working on.
