A total of 4,220 ballots, or 30.5 percent, for the June 30th Primary have been returned to the Chaffee County Clerk’s Office.
Voters who still need a ballot or a replacement ballot will need to visit the Vote Center in person. Under state law, the clerk cannot put a ballot in the mail. Likewise, it is recommended that you not mail in your ballot at this point. Drop off your ballot at one of the 24/7 drop boxes in Salida and Buena Vista.
Ballots must be received by 7 pm on Election Day, June 30th, postmarks do not count.
