A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect as snow is expected along the Divide today and will drop to the valleys by tonight. Winds could gust up to 35 mph at times.
The mountains could see up to 15 inches of accumulations, while 1 to 3 is possible in the valleys by Christmas Day.
Salida and Buena Vista will reach a high of 52. Expect a low of 37.
The San Luis Valley will reach a high of 48. Look for a low of 27 tonight.
Leadville and Fairplay will see a high of 36 today. Expect a snowy overnight low of 25.
