The man suspected of being responsible for the November shooting near Westcliffe has been extradited back to Colorado.
Hanme Clark was sent back to Colorado from New Mexico on Wednesday, Jan. 17th. Nancy Medina-Kochis, charged as an accessory, was sent back earlier this week. Both were arrested in New Mexico last November after a 25-hour manhunt for their alleged involvement in the triple murder northeast of Westcliffe.

Clark is facing three counts of first-degree murder, one count of attempted murder, and one count of assault with a deadly weapon. Clark’s bond was set at $2 million cash only.
Clark is scheduled to appear in Custer County Court January 24th for a motions hearing.
