Lingering snow showers over the higher terrain will continue to taper off throughout the day today. 

There will be an increase in precipitation probabilities late in the weekend into next week. 

Much colder air will bring a hard freeze tonight into tomorrow.     

Salida and Buena Vista will see a high of 43.  A low of 17.  

The San Luis Valley can expect a high of 41, a low of 15.       

Leadville and Fairplay look for a high of 29 with a low of 9.
