A Winter Weather Advisory will go into effect at 6 pm tonight (Oct. 23) and continue until 8 am tomorrow (Oct. 24). Snow is expected.
Total snow accumulations of 4 to 7 inches are possible for areas above 9,000 feet while the valley could see up to 3 inches overnight.
Expect deteriorating travel conditions late this evening and tomorrow morning with roads becoming slick and snow covered.
The valley will see a high of 57. Winds will be out of the west gusting to 30 mph. Look for an overnight low of 21.
Leadville, Fairplay and the mountains can expect a high of 37, a low of 9.
