Salida and Buena Vista will see a high of 59, an overnight low of 35. Winds will be out of the southwest at 15 to 20 mph.
The San Luis Valley will warm up to 53, a low of 27.
Leadville and Fairplay will see a high of 41, a low of 23 with a chance of snow showers.
A snow producing system will impact the mountains Friday into Saturday. A prolonged snow event is in the forecast for most of next week.
