Unemployment Claims Drop For First Time Since COVID-19

The Colorado Department of Labor is reporting that almost 6,000 initial unemployment claims were filed the week ending August 29th.

The Department also announced it has paid nearly $4.8 billion in unemployment benefits since March 29th.
