The Upper Arkansas Area Council of Governments is hosting two workshops in Salida on May 16th for area renters and potential homeowners.
The Renter’s Workshop will give participants an understanding of their rights and responsibilities as either tenants or landlords.
The Homebuyer’s Workshop will help prospective homebuyers make informed decisions as they navigate the home purchase process.
Both workshops will be held at Colorado Mountain College in Salida.
The workshops are free, however reservations are required as space is limited.
