Two new gun laws go into effect in Colorado on Sunday, October 1st.
One will create a mandatory 3-day waiting period before the buyer can receive the gun. The second will make it easier for people to file lawsuits against gun manufacturers.
A lawsuit against the new laws is being planned by state gun rights advocacy groups.
