Fourteen states, including Colorado, will cast votes in the Presidential Primary Tuesday, March 3rd.
At this point it is too late to mail your ballot. Return your ballot in person.
Voters can also vote in person. In Chaffee County two vote centers are open today and tomorrow:
- The Salida Clerk’s Office at the courthouse
- Buena Vista at the Motor Vehicle Office at 112 Linderman Avenue
Both will be open from 7 am to 7 pm today.
In Chaffee County, 6,000 ballots have been returned as of the end of business yesterday.
All ballots must be returned by 7 pm tonight, postmarks do not count.
This is the first Presidential Primary in Colorado in 20 years.

His radio career has had stops in Nashville, Memphis, Oklahoma, and eventually, Colorado. He and his wife Carrie spend their days doing everything the mountains have to offer: hiking, camping, fishing and skiing. They've raised 3 children and have 2 grandchildren.
