Chaffee County Clerk Lori Mitchell is reporting that as of last night, a total of 3,503 ballots have been returned.
Today is the last day to submit a voter registration or change of address and still receive a ballot in the mail. After today, voters will need to appear in person at a vote center or election office to get a ballot.
If you would like to vote in person, the Salida vote center is open at the Scout Hut. Hours are 8am to 4pm Monday through Friday and 8am to 12noon on Saturday.
The Buena Vista vote center at the Community Center will open this Friday.
The vote center in Poncha Springs will be open on Election Day.
Colorado voters can visit GoVoteColorado.gov to register to vote or update their voter registration, find their local county clerk, sign up to track their ballot and find accurate election information.
