Scattered snow showers will bring light accumulations along the Divide today and tomorrow. Friday evening, snow will increase and spread over the valleys through Sunday.
This weekend storm has the potential to bring significant snowfall. Up to 2 feet of new snow could fall over the mountains.
Salida and Buena Vista can expect a high of 45 today. Look for an overnight low of 25.
The San Luis Valley will see a high of 43, a low of 19.
Leadville and Fairplay will warm up to 29 with a low of 11.
