Chaffee County Public Health has submitted its third variance request to the state is hopes of lifting some of the restrictions on group gathering size and for the Fun Street Arcade in downtown Salida.

Under the variance, public gatherings would be capped at a maximum of 150 people. This includes, but is not limited to, parades, weddings, celebrations, graduations, group exercises, and races. Face coverings and social distancing would be required.

The variance would also allow for the reopening of Fun Street Arcade at 50 percent capacity.
