County Clerks across Colorado began sending out ballots for the March 3rd Presidential Primary yesterday. 

Voters who are registered Republican or Democrat will receive the ballot for their respective primary.  Unaffiliated voters will receive both Republican and Democrat ballots, choose one and return only one. 

Voters can begin voting in person February 24th. 

In Chaffee County, ballots were mailed to 5,557 Unaffiliated voters, 4,350 Republicans and 3,647 Democrats. 

This is the first Presidential Primary in Colorado in 20 years.
