Eight people have been arrested in Florissant in connection to drugs and stolen property.

Between August 16th and August 21st, the Teller Combined Narcotics Team executed three search warrants finding 167 fentanyl pills, 3 grams of methamphetamines, and 30 pounds of black market marijuana. 

According to the task force, deputies also seized morphine, a large number of various prescription drugs and items for packaging.  Additionally, deputies discovered two stolen motorcycles, a stolen truck, trailer, and illegally modified firearms. 

In the investigation leading up to the warrants being issued, the Teller County Sheriff’s Office says that investigators identified three properties that were potentially working together to illegally distribute narcotics and steal vehicles.

Arrested were: John Mathew Oleary, Sean Hunter, Michael Wright, Kyle Winsea, Aaron Burg, Sean Alan Ragan-Levesque, Amy Jean Pearson, and Amanda Smith Tipling.
