The Custer County Sheriff’s Office is reporting today that late last night Bryan Webb was captured in Walsenburg. 

Webb and another inmate of the Custer County Jail, Jerry Williams, escaped January 12th over overpowering a detention deputy. Williams was captured January 22nd.   

The sheriff’s office received an anonymous tip that Webb was staying at a home in Walsenburg.  Law enforcement arrested Webb without incident and he was taken to the Custer County Jail for booking then moved to another detention facility. 

Webb is being charged with multiple felony and misdemeanor charges stemming from the escape to include kidnapping, assault on a peace officer, escape and aggravated motor vehicle theft.
