San Luis Valley public health agencies continue to do contact tracing and case investigations while COVID-19 cases have seen a gradual increase recently.
If you have tested positive for COVID-19, please stay at home and away from others until your isolation period is over. The presence of Delta and other variants in the Valley makes it as important as ever during this pandemic to follow isolation and quarantine instructions.
There are currently 80 known active cases of COVID-19 in the San Luis Valley.

Vaccines reduce the likelihood that you will get COVID if you are exposed, but if you do it is much less likely you will become very ill or need to be hospitalized.
