Salida middle and high school athletes returning to school for the 2024-25 school year will be required to have a physical to begin their fall sports competition. In conjuncture with HRRMC Salida will be holding physical night on Tuesday August 6th beginning at 6pm at Salida Middle School for all athletes. Cost is $10 per student.
