The Salida City Council will meet for a work session tonight beginning at 6pm.
There are three discussion items on the agenda: annual updates from City departments, interviews for City Prosecutor, and the Parks and Recreation Special Events process.

Chaffee County Commissioners will conduct a regular meeting tomorrow beginning at 9am.
Commissioners will select a contractor for the Poncha East Wildfire Mitigation project and will vote to approve the revegetation plan for Chicago Ranch.
Commissioners will also hold a public hearing to consider a special event permit for a concert at The Meadows in Buena Vista and continue the final plan process for the Cleora North planned development. The Cleora North Development sits on 55 acres east of the Salida Wastewater Treatment Plant. Their request is for specifying setbacks and allowed used in a portion of the Cleora townsite.
