Salida City Council Meeting Tonight

The Salida City Council will hold its regular meeting tonight at 6 PM following a work session at 5 PM.

Work Session Agenda:

1. Update on rising costs for the 1st and D Street Apartments and Space to Create projects.
2. Discussion on Public Art Commission duties.

  1. Public Hearing: Approval of a $163,000 loan from the Colorado Water and Resources and Power Development Authority for engineering and design improvements to the Harrington Ditch, a critical water supply for the Water Treatment Plant.
  2. Public Hearing: Amendment to the municipal code to remove age-specific requirements for the Sustainability Committee, enabling younger individuals to serve.
