The Salida Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce Riveting Experience as our February Business of the Month!

Riveting Experience Jewelry is a wine and design, make your own jewelry studio in the heart of downtown, Salida, Colorado. Riveting Experience Jewelry is run by experienced metalsmiths Nicole and Harry Hansen, who come with a long personal and family history in the jewelry business. The Hansen’s are now sharing their expertise with the public to help them make their own jewelry. Riveting Experience Jewelry has assembled a multitude of fun easy processes, where with a bit of guidance, a patron will be texturing, shaping, forming, and personalizing the components to create a one-of-a-kind piece. Add to it a glass of wine, or craft beer, and you have the perfect way to spend a date, a night out with friends, a way to commemorate an event, wedding, birth, or family reunion.

As a business, Riveting Experience Jewelry has made many charitable contributions to the community including donating funds to the Alliance Chaffee County, an organization whose mission is to empower individuals beyond domestic and sexual violence through education, services, and social change. Riveting Experience Jewelry has also sponsored local events such as the Good Business Colorado meet up, a Pickleball tournament, the Salida Madams variety show, local plays and Salida Aspen concert series.

Business owners Nicole and Harry Hanson have been part of the Salida community for the past 27 years and have raised their two children here. The community has always been important to Nicole and Harry, and as they grow Riveting Experience Jewelry, their intention is to share their success with their employees and the larger community.

Harry and Nicole attribute a lot of their success to the amazing town of Salida, and to the locals who support them. They would like to share that they are honored to be chosen as February’s Business of the Month and thank everyone for their support!
