The Salida Spartan girls basketball team was in a must win game against CSCS on Tuesday, and the Lions were ready, as they took advantage of the 3 point line in a 67-33 loss.
In the boys game, a slow first quarter for Salida would doom their comeback effort, as the Lions would put a dent in the Salida chances of avoiding the pigtail rounds winning 55-42.
