It was a happy night for the Cotopaxi Pirates on the basketball court last Thursday night as they took down their rivals the Custer County Bobcats in both boys and girls action.
The girls game led the night off, with the Pirates starting a bit slow but gaining pace to earn a 50-31 win.
In the boys game, the slow start would strike as well, but it would all end in the favor of the purple and gold with a 58-44 conquest.
