A father of thirteen is dead following a rafting incident over the weekend.
According to a new release, Dr. Dustin Harker, a doctor from Hutchinson, Kansas, was on a whitewater rafting trip with friends from church and four of his thirteen kids when his raft capsized.
The accident happened on the Arkansas River in the area of Sunshine Falls.
