Effective at 3:00pm today, the Pre-Evacuation notice is lifted for Wellsville and Swissvale.
Chaffee County Sheriff John Spezze is working with the Incident Command to analyze fire data and formulate a response to upgrade the current Pre-Evacuation area for Howard.
This should be completed sometime tomorrow afternoon.
