The Buena Vista Demons started championship season with a league title on the girls side.
Zaila Smith, Mallory Salazar, Molly McMurry and Alexis SantaPietro led the team scoring for the Red and White on Friday.
The boys would take second behind the St. Mary’s Pirates, led by Rosston Sherlock’s second place finish.
