Meet Mesa! He’s the Heart of the Rockies Radio Pets of the Week!
Mesa is a 3 year old lab mix who was recently transferred in from Towaoc Animal shelter, near the four corners region. He is a bit shy at first, but extremely loving and goofy once he warms up to you. Mesa is housebroken and does well with other dogs.
All adoptable animals receive the following services prior to adoption:
- Spay or Neuter
- Age-appropriate boosters
- De-wormer
- Vaccines
- Microchip
The Ark Valley Humane Society is open by appointment only, make sure to call (719) 395-2737 and schedule an appointment before coming to the shelter!
Cause for the Paws 2021
Save the Date: Wednesday October 27th from 3 to 5 pm is our Cause for the Paws Radio Auction right here on Heart of the Rockies Radio! We will be live in studio to give you updates on shelter happenings and programs, and auctioning off wonderful gift baskets to help raise money for AVHS!
One item that will be auctioning off is a $200 gift card to Fun Street Family Arcade!
