Meet King! He’s the Heart of the Rockies Radio Pet of the Week! King first arrived at AVHS almost a year ago.
He found a loving home, but unfortunately, she had some unforeseen circumstances arise and had to move and couldn’t bring King with her. He was returned around the holiday season and hasn’t had much adoption interest since then.
King is a gorgeous blue eyed American pit bull terrier mix. He is neutered, up to date on his shots, and microchipped. King has lived with other dogs in his previous home and would do well with another confident and friendly pup (make sure to bring your dog to the shelter to meet him!). He quickly became both a staff and volunteer favorite–he is wonderful to walk on leash, loves to be outside, and enjoys playing with toys.
If you think you may have room in your heart and home for King, please call the Ark-Valley Humane Society.
