A new law is on the books to help with an abandoned shopping cart problem in Canon City.
Starting January 1st, all businesses in the city that have shopping carts must have a plan to control them.
The new law also makes it a misdemeanor if someone is caught taking a cart off property, or if a business doesn’t have a shopping cart plan.

His radio career has had stops in Nashville, Memphis, Oklahoma, and eventually, Colorado.
