Louisa’s parents are Shelly Howard and Robbie Balenger of Poncha Springs.
Grandparents are Clara Serrano and Chris Howard of Eau Claire, WI and Paige Balenger of Austin, TX.
Great-grandparent is Janet Howard of Eau Claire, WI and Nancy Miller of New Smyrna, FL.
