In our continuing coverage of Nestle Waters North America’s 1041 permit renewal process, columnist Joe Stone has posted a new story.
In this latest installment, Stone looks at Nestle’s 2019 report to Chaffee County. The new report shows continuing compliance with a 1041 permit conditions except for the quota of 50 percent local drivers for water-hauling trucks.
Other highlights of the report include: groundwater and surface water monitoring data, wetlands monitoring information, financial impacts and water law compliance.
