Rodriquez and Lovato each face misdemeanor charges of failure to report child abuse and knowingly placing a child in a situation that poses a threat of injury. Lovato’s attorney Jason Flores-Williams indicated yesterday that he would be entering a not guilty plea and will request a jury trial.
Judge Dianna Bull disqualified herself from the case earlier this week because she has a child that attends The Schoolhouse Day Care.
