Two snow producing systems will impact our area this week.
The first system will move across the region tomorrow and Wednesday. Snow, likely heavy at times, will affect the mountains.
On Friday, another system will affect our area. This system is expected to be colder, and the potential for snow with this system is higher.
Salida and Buena Vista can expect a partly sunny, breezy high of 43. Look for an overnight low of 23.
The San Luis Valley will see a high of 37, a low of 17.
Leadville and Fairplay will warm up to 25 with a low of 11.

His radio career has had stops in Nashville, Memphis, Oklahoma, and eventually, Colorado. He and his wife Carrie spend their days doing everything the mountains have to offer: hiking, camping, fishing and skiing. They've raised 3 children and have 2 grandchildren.
